Who are you?

I’m Katie Schubert…hence the website’s name…

What are you?

Graphic designer, digital illustrator, animator, jack of many design trades, and semi-retired Pokemon Master.

Where are you located?

Salem, Oregon, the capital of the state. It’s a little south of Portland…and exactly1 hour and 25 minutes from the Oregon coast and its beaches!

What do you like?

I like long walks on the beach, playing video games (cough Pokemon cough), drawing, wearing boots, chocolate, tea (never coffee!), and reading.

What inspires you?

I have a minor in Art History, so there are many retro/historical influences in my designs. My works also have a particular graphic style due to reading comic books and watching anime when I was a kid.

Anything else?

I love to create bold and fun designs with bright colors. My goal is to fill the world with happy things that make people smile!
